Seafood Ciopino

My seafood ciopino is one of the most requested dish from my family.

I know there are many versions of Cioppino out there, but I love my own version. For me, there are a few essential seafood ingredients that make this stew a decadent delight: prawns, scallops, mussels, clams, and monkfish. My recipe has a little kick to it, which is what makes it so addictive. To complement the dish, I serve it with toasted sourdough spread with European butter, adding another layer to its flavor profile.
