Welcome to my table.

I have been cooking since I was 8 years old, starting out of necessity when my parents were working. I remember being responsible for making the rice, cleaning the vegetables, and preparing all the ingredients for them to cook for us when they returned home. I watched my mom in the kitchen, absorbing a variety of cooking skills and learning how to use spices in different ways.

During my college years, I continued cooking for my roommates and discovered my passion for cooking. I began exploring various cooking styles and found myself drawn to Italian and French cuisine. Growing up without a palate for spicy foods, I delved deeper into French cooking. I even traveled to Paris alone a couple of times on vacation, where I spent afternoons with Parisian families, learning recipes passed down through generations.

Sharing my cooking and culinary creations with family and friends brings me immense gratification and joy. While I specialize in rustic French cooking, I also enjoy preparing dishes from Italian to Southeast Asian cuisine. In my spare time, I love teaching French cooking.

Through my cooking classes, I have had the privilege of meeting a diverse group of individuals, from authors and architects to tech startup CEOs and homemakers. Hosting formal dinner parties with my partner is another favorite pastime. My friends have come to expect exceptional experiences at our tasting dinners, which they have described as a wonderful 3-hour experience.

Thank you for visiting my blog. See you at my table!
