See you at my table!

Getting ready for a 5-course tasting dinner with a few good friends.

Paul and I love to host dinner parties for our family and friends. My friends have learned that if they ever get an invite for a tasting dinner they should always accept because these invites are very coveted. I like to showcase dishes from various regions from different countries and try new recipes. My rule of thumb is to always have at least 3 new dishes and 2 dishes that I have made before. I like to keep pushing myself and getting out of my comfort zone. I guess I bring this mentality from my professional life to my personal life. So far, so good…
