Baked Brie with Phyllo Pastry Frisee Salad

Perfect salad with the right balance of richness and freshness.

I love making this salad for entertaining. It has everything I want in a perfect salad. The phyllo dough is rich in butter and the baked Brie inside has a gooeyness when you bite into it. The orange dressing balance out the richness and the frisée adds a hint of spiciness to round off all the senses of a perfect salad. I created this salad by combing a few ideas from my favorite TV chefs.
