Penne Pasta with Prawns and Arugula

My favorite way to cook penne pasta.

I will make this dish when I am craving for carbs but want it to be healthy at the same time. I love using shrimp and arugula to make a one pot meal. It’s simple with a few layers of flavor from the garlic, spicy arugula and freshness of the shrimp. I have to refrain from having a second helping every time!
