Italian Bruschetta

Easy appetizer for a hot summer evening.

There are many variations to make a Bruschetta but my version really concentrates on a few high quality ingredients. I use fresh Roma tomatoes, garlic infused grilled baguette drizzled with good olive oil, good balsamic vinegar and Thai basil. I prefer Thai basil over Italian because Thai basil has a more pronounced and bold flavor. Try it and let me know what you think!
