Pasta Carbonara is one of those dish that, if i am not careful, I could eat the entire pound of pasta in one sitting. There is nothing better than a good Carbonara. As simple as it is (the dish only has a few ingredients), the best ingredients need to be of the highest quality. You need fresh eggs, a nice piece of guanciale (Italian cured meat from the pork jowl), high-quality pasta, salt and pepper. That is all you need to make one fabulous dish. I recommend you enjoy this dish in one meal because it’s never the same the next day.
